Warranty Policy
At Gateway Furniture, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of the products we offer.
Manufacturer Warranty
Furniture purchases with a retail value of $1,000 or more are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery or customer pickup.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your furniture has a manufacturing defect, please submit a warranty claim by emailing:

- Clear photographs of the issue
- Brief description of the concern
- Your name and contact information
Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within two (2) business days.
Warranty Resolution
Depending on the nature of the issue, Gateway Furniture may, at its sole discretion:
- Arrange an in-home service inspection
- Coordinate pickup for repair at an authorized service facility
- Ship replacement parts
- Repair the affected product or component
- Replace the affected product or component when necessary
While the method of resolution is determined by Gateway Furniture, our objective is always to restore your furniture to proper condition and ensure customer satisfaction.
Transportation & Freight Charges
Any transportation, freight, delivery, pickup, shipping, or handling charges associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved in writing by Gateway Furniture.
Extended Warranty Protection
For additional peace of mind, customers may purchase an Extended Warranty Protection Plan at the time of purchase.
Extended warranty coverage, terms, and conditions vary by manufacturer and product category.

No Warranty on As-Is & Clearance Merchandise
All furniture sold as:
- As-Is Merchandise
- Floor Models
- Clearance Items
- Liquidation Products
- Final Sale Merchandise
is sold without warranty and is not eligible for warranty claims, returns, exchanges, repairs, or replacements.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance
- Commercial or rental use unless specifically stated by the manufacturer
- Fabric fading, natural leather characteristics, or normal settling of cushions and foam
- Damage resulting from improper assembly or unauthorized repairs
Gateway Furniture reserves the right to inspect all claims before approving warranty service.
