What white-glove delivery covers
- Two-person crew on every delivery.
- Bring the piece into the room of your choice.
- Unpack, perform required light assembly (bed frames, sectional joining, dining-table base install), and level.
- Remove and dispose of all packaging.
- Confirm you're happy with placement before we leave.
Scheduling
We schedule deliveries Monday through Saturday in 2-hour windows. You'll get a confirmation call the day before with a refined ETA. If your building requires a freight elevator booking or specific access time, tell us at the time of purchase — we'll coordinate it.
Access considerations
Narrow doorways, tight stairwells, low elevator ceilings, walk-up condos — let us know upfront so we can confirm clearances. We measure carefully before loading the truck, but the more we know about your space, the smoother the delivery.
Inspection on arrival
Walk around the piece while our crew is still there. If anything looks wrong — a scuff, a scratch, the wrong colour, an issue with fit — we'd rather fix it on the spot than have to come back. Sign-off happens after you're satisfied, not before.
