Shipping & Return Policy

Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and exchanges at Gateway Furniture.

Shipping Policy

After placing an order, you can expect your furniture to be delivered within approximately 4 to 8 weeks, depending on product availability and manufacturer lead times.

For the most accurate delivery timeline, including the estimated delivery week or day, please contact our sales team before placing your order.

In-stock items are typically available for delivery or pickup within one week of purchase.

Delivery within the Edmonton area is available and may vary based on scheduling and availability.

Delivery outside Edmonton starts at $199 and may increase depending on distance, location, accessibility, and freight requirements.

Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

All delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer delays, weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges may be accepted within the applicable return period, subject to inspection and management approval.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Original delivery, transportation, and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, misuse, or excessive wear.

Customers are responsible for any return transportation or freight costs unless otherwise approved by Gateway Furniture management.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-order or special-order merchandise
  • Floor models sold "As-Is"
  • Clearance and liquidation merchandise
  • Mattresses and bedding products
  • Any item marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Important Information

Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns.

Variations in color, texture, grain patterns, stitching, finish, or natural materials are normal characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Gateway Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
